This notice should be read in conjunction with the agreement under which you engaged with us, and any terms and conditions provided to you.

Afterhours Logistics Limited Privacy Policy also applies to our trading names of Eazy As Couriers and Eazy As Skip Bins.

We are bound by this Privacy Notice and the requirements of the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

We collect personal information:

·         The sender's details, including first and last names, email address and contact phone number ("Contact Information"), collection address and collection instructions.

·         The recipient's details, including contact information, delivery address (including any alternative redelivery addresses supplied) and delivery instructions (for example, safe delivery locations and building or gate codes).

·         The quantity, weight, and volume of parcels.

·         The recipient's signature, where signature is required to prove delivery.

·         Photos of delivered items.

·         A description of the contents of the parcel, where the contents of the parcel is required to be known to comply with the Dangerous Goods Act, or to comply with our Conditions of Carriage.

We use Google Analytics to collect information about your browsing habits whilst using our services. As detailed within Google's Privacy Policy, Google may share this information publicly and with their partners.

After Hours Logistics Ltd uses the Paymark Payment Gateway for its online debit and credit card transactions. Paymark processes online credit card transactions for thousands of New Zealand merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet.

All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Paymark gateway are secured payments.

• Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.
• Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by After Hours Logistics Ltd or any outside party.
• All transactions are performed under SSL Certificate.
• All transaction data is encrypted for storage within Paymark’s bank-grade data centre, further protecting your credit or debit card data.
• Paymark is an authorised third party processor for all the major New Zealand banks.
• Paymark at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by After Hours Logistics Ltd.
