1: What will it cost.
From the price calculator you can see Front Seat Size, Boxes and Over 50kg.
If it fits on the front seat, this is the cost.
Boxes that are under 1m x 1m x1m in total and are between 25kg and under 50kg weight in total are this cost.
Over 50kg are larger items. Items that are over 1200cm in length, like pipes, refrigerators, pallets etc.
2: How long does it take to deliver.
We are a Point to Point service, the driver that pickups up your delivery, is the one that delivers it.
We will get a signed delivery receipt or if authority to leave has been given, we will leave it in the safe place you recommended.
Photos will also be taken. We can track thru our dispatch site.
3: Do I pay extra for tip fees.
No all fees are included in the cost, upto the weight allowed. Additional cost will be charged if over this limit.
4: I have filled the trailer quicker than I expected.
Not a problem, call us and we will arrange the next available vehicle to relocate it for you
5: The trailer got stolen.
Call the Police 1st, then call or email us, if it is out of hours.
6: Are there Extra Charges:
Yes there are extra charges for Paying by Card, this is shown when you make payment. Urgent, After Hours, Racks, Towbar & Dangerous Goods.
We operate 7 days a week from 7.00am to 5.00pm Monday - Friday, Weekends 8.00am to 3.00pm
